U-Shaped System is a simple type of electric fields utility. It includes a pair of insulated plate electrodes 
and the homogeneous dielectric material between the electrodes. Therefore, the system have only two kinds of
dielectrics, i.e., two insulating layers and a homogeneous dielectric.
